Wind-up Light

I always find the latest 'green' gadgets to be fascinating. As we progress with technology (so long as its in the right direction) we find newer more efficient ways of doing things. Take the wind-up LED camping lamp for example.

"Winding up this LED camp light will give you 30 minutes of light and if wound up all the way, the LEDs will give 4 hours of its brightest light capable or 48 hours of dim light, depending on your comfortable setting."

LED light bulbs are by far the most energy-efficient out there. Its technology is still a little weak for residential or commercial use, though as a night-light or emergency lamp, this would be the perfect 'green' alternative.
