Online Learning For Environments Sake

Distance education is quickly becoming a booming industry as people turn to alternative ways of getting a university degree. If you think about the time it takes to get to school, make time for assignments and keeping down a job it almost seems impossible, well because it is. If you have a full time job you can rule out going to school, its one or the other. That's where online learning comes in.

Taking advantage of the marvels of the advances of internet communication, universities are seeing the benefit of providing distance learning. Okay, let's get something strait. There are schools that are not as credible, but here are the ones that are and who are seen by employers as credible universities.

These are the three I know to be the best online education providers. There are more, but do your research before enrolling.

canadasopenAthabasca University
Acredited world-wide Athabasca can boast over 30 years as a distance education provider. Really there are the pioneers in online learning. However, when it comes to more modern computing techniques, they are lagging behind. AU learning can either be done by regular mail or email. If you have questions about the reading materials a tutor is always just a phone call away.

Capella UniversityCapella University
Capella demands allot from their students but the courses are condensed so they can be completed in a shorter period of time. Capella is great for more specific degrees, and their excellent online system makes it great for the avid internet user. You can even receive podcast lectures from professors. Capella is the preferred university for people in the military, because they offer great discounts and flexibility.

pheonixUniversity of Pheonix
This is a good university for business degree seekers. They are widly known in the corporate world as providing excellent education for those who want to climb the corporate ladder.
