Going Green With Back to School Clothes

It's hard to believe that summer is almost officially over and children are flooding back to school. Parents are pouring into the malls with their children to stock up on cloths. You can quickly drop a few bucks getting caught up in the buying frenzy. So when shopping try to consider a few things to help lessen the cash blow as well as doing your service for the environment.

First off, keep in mind that your children will grow. Buying too many outfits all at once doesn't make a whole lot of sense when your kids will outgrow them in just a few months.
Don't buy cloths your kids will not wear. I know that I hated the cloths my parents bought me and there were a few outfits I remember only wearing once.
Buy natural fabrics. Cotton, bamboo and hemp are great materials that are eco-friendly and will be durable.
Check up on where the cloths were made. Tags on the cloths will tell you which countries made them. Do some research and find out which brands have fair trade standards.
