
Are you living in Calgary? Do you already reduce your eco footprint and want to learn more? The answer could be EcoLogic 201, a 25-hour certification course offered by the Clean Calgary Association.
"Many people approach Clean Calgary Association staff and say 'I'm already recycling, saving energy, conserving water and trying not to use my car. What's the next step?' The answer is EcoLogic," says the association.
Residents who graduate from the course will be certified by the association as EcoCalgarians.
Course topics will be presented by experts from diverse fields and Clean Calgary Association staff. They will include:
-Overconsumption, waste, recycling and the plastics question
-Energy efficiency and alternative energy
-Indoor air quality, toxins and green cleaning
-Water issues and conservation
-Transportation issues
-Global citizenship and influence
